dreams

Hi.
It’s getting hot over here, maybe because summer is right around the corner. Back to the sleepless nights, and flies that refuse to leave you alone no matter how much precaution you take. Do we really need flies?
My life is pretty bland at the moment, nothing interesting going on really. Although I did have a weird dream last night, except I don’t really know how I got to sleep, it was really sticky and hot.
Anyway, in this dream I apparently walked into my room which was built on a massive gorge or something with a bridge going to who knows where. So I open my bedroom door and sitting on top of my wardrobe is an enormous gorilla, you know like King Kong. It didn’t see me, but it opened my other door (I had two doors for some reason) and walked away onto the bridge.
Yeah, I know weird, but I always have really weird dreams that make no sense to me.
Just a thought, imagine if you had a dream, and in that dream you met a person, who you’ve never seen before. A day later, or a week you met that same person, now that would be freaky.
Rightio, must go,
Ciao
P.S. exams finish on Friday! Woohoo! :]
P.P.S compliment a random stranger today, it would make their day

questions, questions and more questions...

I hate being stressed. Stress is bad. I hate being nervous for stupid exams! Have you ever been so nervous that you start hunching over hoping that everything would just all go away?

Yeah, and then your neck starts hurting and spasming, so you're pretty much sitting in the exam hall, trying to relieve the neck pains, and also look like you're not cheating, just because your head seems to be moving by itself. That's a hard one, trust me on that.

Anyway, just finished methods exam today..woohoo!! No more cosine graphs, no more calculus, no more differentiation!! (Those of you who express interest in the earlier mentioned items, never speak to me unless you want something stuffed in you mouth, most likely something that will taste disgusting and smell even worse).

Here’s a question: define competencies.

Waiting…

Still waiting. What? You don’t know?

Ok,

Competencies are a cluster of skills and attitudes that are used by a manager in order to achieve performance on the job. These can be measured against accepted standards and can be improved through training and development.

Yeah, studying for, you guessed it, exams! What fun!

Speaking of which, I should probably be off, merrily and joyfully skipping down the lane filled with exams, stress, anxiousness and neck spasms.

let the lion sleep!

In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight.

In the jungle, the quiet jungle, the lion sleeps tonight.

Weeeeeee-eeeeee-weeeee-aaaa-mmamm-baaannaayyy

Near the village, the peaceful village, the lion sleeps tonight.

Near the village, the quiet village, the lion sleeps tonight.

Weeeeeee-rrrrrrrrrrrr-weeeeee-aaaa-mmamm-baanaay

Hush my darling; don’t fear my darling, the lion sleeps tonight.

Hush my darling; don’t fear my darling, the lion sleeps tonight.

Weeeee-eeeeee-weeeee-aaaaa-mmmammmm-baannaayy (x2)

I love that song, it’s a good song, just admit it and no one needs to get hurt…

Even though you may think I have no life (for the record that is correct), I never got that saying. Do you keep a record of all the people you meet?

I mean, do you tag around a clipboard and ask everyone:

Name?

Age?

Height?

Favourite things?

Address?

Can I stalk you?

Do you have a significant other?

Colour of your hair/eyes/fingernails?

Is that really your child or did you steal it?

Can I poke you?

Can I poke you on Facebook then?

How about I poke you when you’re looking?

Then can I poke you when you’re not looking?

Fine, do you believe in fairies?

You don’t believe in fairies! *shock horror* did you have a deprived childhood?

I could go on forever, but that would be a boring post. Ah, damn I forgot what I was going to say…

I need inspiration! There is some funny bird making funny noises outside my window, thought you might want to know, you didn’t? Well too bad, now you know.

I should be studying but I can’t be bothered! Damn VCE and its evilness, I mean who cares if you fail an exam, and you’re parents are running after you with an axe. Ok, so we don’t have an axe, mainly because cutting trees is bad, we have heaters that work with electricity! What is electricity you ask? I’m not going to bother answering that question; I am beyond such trivial matters.

Anyway, bye readers, ahaha, who am I kidding, I have no readers! How do I get readers? Oh who cares, I'm not writing for them, I'm writing for myself. Sorry, who am I aplogising for then? I believe I am going a bit, ever so slightly crazy...

back again with vampires

So I am back again, and yes I am attempting to relieve stress. Has anyone else noticed that there is so much hype about vampires? Maybe it's because of that novel, 'Twilight', personally I haven't read it, but I have been hearing mixed reviews. Some say it's one of the best books they have ever read, others say its a pointless piece of rubbish written for tweens, I've decided to read it myself, after exams of course or else my parents would chuck a fit.

It's quite sad really, I haven't been able to read a book for two years, yes TWO years, that is without my parents knowing. Of course, I've obviously sneaked in a few books *sneaky smile*, I had to read, without reading I would have been stuck in an endless void of chemistry maths and accounting *shudders* to name but a few. But yes, I cannot wait to start reading as avidly as I used to, and I do in fact have a massive list of books that I must get my hands on or else...

I hate VCE with a passion, it places way to much pressure on 17 year olds for one thing, and four little numbers (with a decimal point in somewhere) will determine your whole outcome of your uni selections, that just pisses me off, especially if you stuff up your exams but your SAC marks have been great through out the year! And, yes I have to whinge here, because I can't whinge at home, I tried once, and the result was 'go study' from my parents. Go figure.

And, finally, no they're not bad parents, just extremely strict ones, its just, I suppose they want a good future for me and blah blah blah, but seriously can't they be slightly lenient?
Ok, better go and start doing more electrolysis and enthalpy change and what not so I can pass me chemistry exam...wish me luck! :]

yo ho!

Hello all,
So it seems I was procrastinating, and somehow ended up on 'blogger' getting my own blog, at probably the worst possible time when I should be studying for exams, as in VCE year 12 exams that will be determining my ENTER and the rest of my life. No pressure there...
Anyway, wanted to see how this will turn out, so I shall post later, hopefully soon, possibly after my exams, or maybe sometime between exams to relieve stress, we shall see how it goes...
